Curriculum complement, not curriculum competitor.
Two distinct ways to partner with Future Wrights Academy. Both are designed around the realities of how schools and businesses actually run — minimal disruption, measurable outcomes, real talent flowing in both directions.
A co-curricular partner that maps to Ontario Ministry expectations.
We deliver Future Wrights as a co-curricular elective, an in-class enrichment, or a referral pathway for top students. We're set up to partner as an Ontario co-op employer where applicable, and our curriculum is aligned with ICT, Career Education, and SHSM frameworks. Zero disruption to your timetable; portfolio outcomes you can report on.
How partnership works in practice
Co-curricular delivery
After-school or weekend cohorts run on your premises or ours. Your students; our curriculum and instructors.
In-class enrichment
We co-deliver with your teacher inside ICT, Computer Studies, or Career Education periods. You keep ownership of pacing.
Referral pathway
Refer top students into our Industry Track and AI Studio engagements. Their work and references come back into your school.
Co-op & SHSM employer
Where eligible, we register as an Ontario Co-op and SHSM employer, so placements count toward graduation requirements.
What you'll get from us
Curriculum alignment documentation
A clear mapping of every Future Wrights module to Ontario Ministry expectations, ICT learning outcomes, and SHSM ICT pathway requirements. Hand it to a department head; it speaks the language they need.
A single point of contact
One program lead handles scheduling, instructor selection, parental communication, and progress reporting. You don't manage three vendors.
Measurable, reportable outcomes
Portfolio-based assessment, student reflections, and a term-end report you can share with parents, your board, or your authority.
Police-checked instructors
Every instructor cleared. Documentation provided. Standard, not optional.
Pilot model: Most school partnerships start with a single short-form AI Labs cohort (4–8 weeks, one teacher's class or an after-school group). Once you've seen the curriculum and outcomes, we expand from there. No lock-in, no multi-year commitment up front.
Hire AI Studio. Fund the next generation of Canadian talent.
Bring us a real AI brief — discovery, prototype, build, or retainer — and we'll deliver it with a senior practitioner accountable for the work and supervised top students contributing to the build. You get the project shipped, you fund Canadian young talent, and you gain early relationships with students you may want to hire later.
Engagement types
Discovery / audit
1–2 week scoped engagement. We assess feasibility, identify the highest-leverage AI opportunity, and hand back a recommendation memo with a buildable scope.
Build sprint
4–8 week fixed-scope prototype or production build. Senior practitioner leads, supervised top students contribute, you ship a real artifact at the end.
Retainer
6+ month ongoing engagement. Embedded AI capacity for your team, with monthly milestones, reviews, and a continuous talent bench.
Cohort sponsorship
Sponsor a Industry Track cohort. Get early hiring access, your name attached to the work, and the goodwill of investing in Canadian young talent.
How an engagement runs
Scoping call
30–60 minutes with our program lead and a senior practitioner. We listen for what's actually buildable, what's worth building, and where AI Studio can add the most value.
Fixed-scope proposal
Within five business days: scope, milestones, deliverables, team composition (senior + students), and price. No hourly billing surprises.
Delivery with weekly check-ins
Senior practitioner is your accountable contact. Weekly progress and a working artifact at every milestone. Students contribute under supervision; the senior signs off on every deliverable.
Demo, handoff, and optional retainer
Final demo to your team. Documented handoff. We'll happily continue as a retainer or step out cleanly — your call.
The dual benefit: Most AI consultancies bill you for senior hours. AI Studio bills you for the deliverable, with senior accountability and supervised student contribution. The math works for you and the impact reaches young Canadian talent. It's the closest thing we know to a win-win in this market.
